Machining processes of small and medium batches of steel components are carried out on vertical machining centres , CNC turning centres , column and radial drills . Our machining equipment includes 8 machining centres, 4 CNC mills, 2 CNC turning centres, 5 column drills, 2 radial drills and a grinding machine. Our task is to support the customer in every single step : starting from the realisation of tools and samples up to the creation of the complete series. This enables us to shorten the manufacturing time, without commissioning any process to third parties (the building of tools, for example). We also realise series with a small number of pieces, for replacement operations of pieces no more available for sale or for samples.
